Digital Commerce Operations Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
Accountabilities:
- Oversee A/B Testing and Optimization project management, including: - Manage the lifecycle of A/B testing and personalization experiment execution process 
- Manage calendar of tests and optimizations 
- Manage timelines and deliverables for each item 
- Manage agenda for weekly meeting 
- Surface opportunities for process improvements and implement changes 
 
- Prioritize A/B test dates based on urgency and/or business benefit 
- Ensure the team’s needs are represented in project timelines and for hitting agreed upon launch dates 
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to meet feasible and timely execution of testing and/or personalization activities 
- Lead the tag management process on global sites - Help maintain tag submission process and tag documentation 
- Work with legal, IT, eCommerce regional leads and media teams to conduct quarterly tag audits 
- Work with IT to manage site speed impact of tags 
- Ensure tag management setup and practices are GDPR compliant 
 
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in eCommerce or website operations 
- Strong background in project management with great interpersonal skills 
- Experience with site management tools such as content management systems, tag managers, digital catalog, etc 
- Learns quickly and is eager to learn about multiple areas of site management 
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly motivated self-starter 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision 
- High-performing individual and team contributor
