Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is to provide administrative support to a group of Recruiters (of all levels) in the areas of scheduling and candidate travel, report running, candidate expense reimbursement and offer letter creation.
Responsibilities
Candidate Experience/Expense: Ensures that the candidate experience is well executed and tailored to the needs of the candidate. Manages the expense allocation associated with Candidate travel through the P-card system.
Meet and greet candidate when they arrive
Reimburse for taxis, hand out lunch vouchers and call cabs at the end of the day
Keep track of interview throughout the day, ensuring all Interviewers arrive on time, contact if needed, update any tentative Interviewers if they need to meet beforehand
Note any room changes throughout the day
Offer Letters: Creates candidate offer letters for Temporary and Intern New Hires
Reports: Create ad-hoc and scheduled reports out of Success Factors including:
Weekly Priority and Offer Reports
Bi-weekly Priority reports by area
Research: Provides research support when required.
Enter Candidate information into Success Factors system
Maintain interview dates as they are set
Assist in posting new roles in Success Factors
Projects: Works on special projects related to Candidate experiences.
